No bundle deal, but this seems very hot to me for those wanting to jump on the 360 bandwagon. Includes next day courier delivery.

Currently on Pre-Order but so was mine until today when it was confirmed as despatched and my C/C was debited the £137.01.

In my eyes a real bargain as the 60Gb HDD alone is usually £50-60. This will do nicely to replace my aging, but black :-( 360.

I've bought from Shopto before and whilst not being the best (poor website), their service has always been fine for me.

First post so apologies if rubbish deal and apologies if I've missed any details or broken any rules! Searched first and couldn't find it already posted.

A good price, but still a poor buy set against the current Play-com bundle with three premium games available for around £163 after Quidco. If you don't want the games they will sell for at least £60, leaving the Xbox costing just over a £100.

the play.com offer is now out of stock
#3
The pre-order price can go up or down, thats enough to put me off.

Yes, and if it goes up your price doesn't change, if it goes down your price will change to match.

quidco is 1% for console sales..

You do with shopto i believe. when you pre-order you get a notice saying * Price is subject to change.

lufc mentioned this on my core deal at 5.05pm - clicky

137 is pretty expensive for a door stop

Always tempting, but I factor in the cost of Xbox Live and a Wireless Adaptor, plus games, and I always end up resisting. Especially as I already have a PS3.

This is still hot tho.

tracking doesn't mean you'll get it. play.com can edit it at any time.

must agree though it is, even without quidco. however if you just want a console this price is cracking.

great price

Voted hot, this is a decent price!

I got the Play deal for £163.79 and that came with Fallout 3, Gears Of War2, PES 2009, one pad and the 60Gb HDD. I used the RAC code and Quidco for that. Ordered it Sunday night and received it first thing yesterday morning, that was an awesome deal from Play and would recommend it over this if it returns! :whistling:

Mine paid at £7.20.

It's 4% because it's a package with games, not just a console.

Yep same as me

I waiting for a Jasper, but these prices are seriously testing my resolve!

Ditto.... Anyone think they'll be bringing out a 'slim' version soon too??
#20
how is anyone going to know when they're getting a jasper?! if i'm right, there won't be any indication outside the box...

In which case if they do increase the price, they can't charge you more without notifying you first.

There's a small cut out in the box, where you can see the manufacture date.

Much improved...and I don't hear much in the way of horror stories, really - unless "Oh no! My 360 had a rrod! MS paid for it to be shipped back 3 years later, repaired it and sent it back to me and I now have another three years warranty" counts as a horror story.

Our 360 packed up after two years with a single red ring failure (E74). This isn't covered by the 3 year warranty. It was cheaper in the end to buy the Play bundle, sell the games and the old console on Ebay, than send it back to Microsoft to be fixed.
