Anyone know where to get the equivalent cable (and at a similar price) for the Wii?
#3
is there something like this for the ps3?

Getting my 360 soon and got an old CRT TV. So this will provide a better picture than the lead bundled with the premium 360? I'm not too clued-up on audio and video leads. Any help appreciated.

I have a few questions which I'm hoping someone wise could help me with:

1.
Which is better connected to a HDTV:

Composite
RGB
VGA
SCART?

2.
I have a HDTV and an XBOX Premium which comes with a Composite HD cable and a scart type converter thingy (does this scart thingy give even better quality?). Will a VGA HD provide better quality still?

3.
Also, I have a standard non HDTV downstairs and sometimes would like to move my XBox 360 downstairs without having to move the composite HD cable. So can I just this cheap standard cable as well and keep swapping the cables without having to change and console settings?

It's all very confusing!

Please help!

Thanks OP, needed an extra cable so my son can use the 360 on his non-hd lcd tv. Fed up moving the cables from the back of my big tv into his room all the time!

Order of Quality
1.Component RGB/VGA (same)
2. Scart
3. Composite

I have a HDTV too and I use the cable that comes with the 360, the RGB cables (Red, Green, Blue then red and white for sound) not the composite video (yellow) on the same cable.

Yep, like you say just plug this into you crt then all you have to move is the 360 and power supply.
