Just rang my local Gamestation to see what deals they had on and they told me that the Preowned 250gb XBox 360 slims are now only £100.

They also said the 60gb XBox 360's were £69.99 and the Elite's are now £99.99.

Hmm good deal, but it kind of makes the prices of the older models a bit silly, 1p less for a much older Elite???

I know, the main deal is obviously the slim 250gb but thought I'd mention the others just incase it helps anyone.

They've read it wrong, it's supposed to be the old style 250gb that is £100 and its so cheap because there are so few of them about.....OP obviously got someone who doesnt realise there is more than one type of 250gb..... having said that, if you can get one thats mispriced my guess is they will still sell it as company is desperate for cash.

I read from another forum pre-owned hardware will be on sale tomorrow, not sure about this if this Ture they might have push it earlier. Game Plc has to make a profit of 6 million in next 2 weeks to decide their faith

What is the warranty?

1 year, same as new, whether they;ll be around to cover the warranty for a year I don't know.

Before we all get excited, I wanna see someone be able to purchase one, first.

these are preowened consoles and they dont realy repaire these very well as my son is on his 3rd xbox 360 in 2 months the 2 previouse ones went red light after very light use. But saying that they do come with 12 month warranty so had no problems changing them but with the news that they are struggling at the moment it would be a gamble

Sorry that this is going to come across rude but that is very much your own problem. The Slims (the 'S' models) are very unlikely to RROD so I can only think that you have been purchasing the older models that are very susceptible to the Red Light.
