You can buy game add-ons and arcade games
#4
the points are used to buy downloadable content from xbox live such as arcade games, expansion packs etc.

Good deal but I wonder why the other deal is listed at £32.97?
#10
Good deal. I was literally about to renew through the dashboard offer at £23.99 for 12 months, but reckon I'll have a look in Asda first to see if they have this.

ffs , see all this proof crap , why would someone bother their backside to lie about it? Either you like the deal or you don't , how many folk are gonna post a deal knowing it's a pile of rubbish? Very few! Seems like a lot of hassle uploading pics when they could just as easily have said 'Saw a deal in my local Asda!' and they don't even have a receipt .Whether they have proof or not shouldn't deter folk from giving it heat. Heat added btw!
#12
Bargain, I shall be purchasing tomorrow, cheers
No proof required!
#13
32 quid in my local. Oldham asda. Still a good deal.
Props for putting up the proof OP. There's definitely some losers who love to post to get some kinda rep

Well said that man!! (Or woman) :D

Well done to the OP for posting. How many did they have left?

Deal is good, but I would have expected the points to scan as a separate item?
I'm not aware of any offical schemes that use this subscription and point system sales technique.

No vote (for now) in the interest of fairness, i'm willing to be proved wrong.

Where does the 800 points come from? Two cards in the one pack or what?
#22
It's one pack
I've seen it quite a bit in shops and online in the last couple weeks - usually around £40.

I will need this deal in around 3 years.
#24
so is this nationwide? as daughter looking as she will be out of subs in 3 months.
#25
There plenty of subscription cards that came with points on it. Stop being such a bunch of tossers.

Hot deal, well done OP
#26

Can you add more than 1 at a time ? As buying 2 or 3 of these would just put it out of the way and mind. Having said that i cba to check asda as i doubt it be in my local i will just wait untill mines up in june and get one on a well known auction site.
Thanks

Had none left in Fulwood, Preston store this morning.
#29

In my local store it was on the shelf for £36 and scanned at £32.98. I used my wifes 10% discount card so paid £29.68 - but looks like it's not national offer.
BTW the product code on mine was ST 4184 which is different from that shown on the picture posted.
#31
So a bargain if you can find it then...d'oh

None in Luton either

Great avatar Hogz.
Now that is a HD remake i would like to see!

Grabbed a couple from Asda Spondon (Derby) earlier, only had a few left apparently. On the shelves they only have regular 12 months subs at £32 odd but the ones on offer with the points were out back so ask at the desk.

:)
#35
bloody rang my ASDA i know the lass who works on entertainment and she told me they were this price yesterday....but have went back up to £32 today!!...SWINE!! but rated hot if they still have them in other locations...
#36
if you ring xbox live on Telephone: 0800 587 1102 you can get 12 months xbox live and 1200 ms points for £26.50 i have done this myself last week after seeing a post on here.

so bascially 12 months would technically cost £16.50 as 1200 ms points are £10.

i dont have proof as i did it over the phone but if you want exact information the advisor i spoke to was neno in billing and his extension is 3585.

any other offer is just poor and if you just called xbox live you would get a much better deal and you can turn off auto renewal the following week.

Just back from the Asda Chesser branch in Edinburgh, the 12 months Live plus 800 Points was on the shelf as £45.00 asked the guy on the counter to scan it to see if it was on offer alas NO :(
