Xbox Live - Games On Demand Reductions - 400 points per game - starts 19/06/12 £3.50
Just seen this on Major Nelson, looks like xbox.com is having a ridiculous sale on Games On Demand starting from the 19th June.
This is the entire list that was listed aimed at USA only but the deal applies if that game is available in our region (i.e; UK) - $4.99 is basically 400 points, so all these games will be 400 points each on the 19th June for a full week:
I admit some of the games are rather old, but not bad for 400 points for an easy 1000 achievement points.
Bionic Commando
Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WW II
Bolt
Bomberman Act: Zero
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs
Conan
Dark Void
FaceBreaker
Kameo
Meet the Robinsons
Open Season
Perfect Dark Zero
Prince of Persia
Rockstar Table Tennis
SEGA Superstars Tennis
Surf’s Up
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter
Tornado Outbreak
Virtua Tennis 2009
Viva Pinata Party Animals
Just had a look at what is available in the UK: The following games aren't available:
Bomberman Act Zero
Tornado Outbreak
Meet The Robinsons

"Update: I was just told that sale has been extended a week until Tuesday, July 2nd"

Jump to unread Post a CommentI'm still interested in Virtua Tennis and Bionic Commando though. And I would pick up Prince of Persia in a heartbeat if I didn't have that game already.

I have updated the OP to reflect what is actually available to UK, the ones that we don't get are:
Bomberman Act Zero
Tornado Outbreak
Meet The Robinsons
Got Facebreaker bought for me when I first got my Xbox, it's fun for all of 25 minutes, really not worth getting. ESPECIALLY if you're a completionist, getting 1000g on that was HARD, I'd imagine it's even impossible now knowing what EA are like for taking down servers.

Kameo is well worth this price tho

But give them heat for trying, but honestly they need to provide better offers in the Download options, even with Sony, the price of a Download copy is more often much more expensive than purchasing an actual physical retail copy.
Only game i've ever brought on GoD service is Tales of Vesperia, as Namco only did one game print, so you'd have to pay atleast double retail price on Ebay to get hold of a used copy, a brand new sealed copy would set you back few hundred pounds
Bionic Commando and Prince of Persia stand out for me, but I already own them both.
Tornado Outbreak looked worth a punt, then I saw it's not available in the UK. Pity!
It's a great Xbox site, that and http://www.xbox360achievements.org/ are pretty much the only sites you need for (legal) Xbox gaming.
Getting achievements gives certain types of players enjoyment, and gets the most out of ya money. Not lame, just a bit of geeky dedication
I might try some of the recommended games.
I just need the points I ordered 2 weeks ago (Hot deal on here) to arrive................
