Looks like a hot deal to me, anyone any views on this - pros and cons?

I assume it is not multi region but it does not say one way or other.

Thanks for that - I forgot to look there!

Cheaper and more effective would be an overdose of cough syrup.........joking, joking. Please don't call Social Services.

I think you'd be lucky to find a 7" screen with a higher resolution for under £100

Hot.
I bought the toy story version of what looks to be the same DVD player from argos last week, for £50
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3884876.htm

A word of warning, although there's a normal USB socket on the back, the ebuyer reviews say that this has a mini usb socket.
Also, I've had no problem with xvid files, but divx files won't work.

I saw that comment about it only having a mini usb port when I bought one from ebuyer but the guy was wrong it's just a normal usb slot.

If you change divx files names from .divx to.avi they should play ok. Every avi file i've tried on the player has worked fine,
