These are fantastic cards. This price is a steal, nearly half the next cheepest ! The run cool & are very overclockable. In crossfire they also produce excellent results. I would say that this world be tha fastest card you could get for this money at the moment. It also does 7.1 surround through the HDMI connection, making this card a great choice for a powerfull mediacentre !!

great deal

I bought one of these (a VTX3D version) from an eBuyer deal before Christmas (was £58 IIRC). By all accounts this card would be given much more credit but for widespread stock issues since launch; websites find it hard to recommend a card that people may find hard to locate (and if they can locate them, retailers charge too much since these cards are rare).

I'm really pleased with my 4770, plays Modern Warfare 2 on max settings no probs.

To anyone who may be put off since this is not DirectX11 compatible - any DX11 card near £100 is going to get nowhere near this card for DX10, and by the time DX11 is mainstream (ie in the majority of software titles), the card you could buy now will be underpowered anyway.

They sent me the wrong card, an XFX HD 4550 1GB. :x
