XFX HD 6850 - 1GB - PCI-E Graphics Card - £87.99p & Free Delivery - Ebuyer
Novatech's price has just gone up so this is the cheapest I could find. My friend has an XFX 6850 for over a year and he's happy with it (totally anecdotal I know!)
On a side note can anyone explain to me why people on ebay are paying £80+ for a 2nd hand card when these are less than a tenner more?! Are they just stupid?
The blurb:
"With the 6000 series, XFX is literally putting you in the game. The AMD Radeon HD 6850 is 3-D ready and one of the first HDMI 1.4a and DisplayPort 1.2 solutions for Stereoscopic 3-D on the market.
The AMD Radeon HD 6850 ushers in a new era of gaming that takes users to an entirely new level. The AMD 3-D experience is truly immersive and seamless. AMD has also teamed up with other Open 3-D ecosystem partners to provide consumers with more choice, more innovation and lower cost.

He must be on the happy pills!
I've been on Ebay for 13 years so I guess it must be right.............................
No, it cannot.
This then is a serious gamer's graphics card for a bargain price. In fact you're not only limited to the moderate 1,680 x 1,050 resolution with this card - it will do pretty well at powering a proper 1080p HD monitor
