I wonder if these are the same as the launch batch which could have their BIOS flashed to activate the full 8GB of memory that was on the card.

Tried to order? They've been "Pre-order" since the day after release.. can't add to basket.

Probably if they ever come back in stock - there's rumours there won't be any more 4GBs for sale...

183GBP = 240USD? (i.e. $199 promised price tag + VAT)
Damn brexit really killed affordability

It wasn't much lower before the brexit either it was £174.99 for the 4gb version on release day from most places

Don't forget to add US sales tax onto that though.

According to Google $199=£151.63+Vat=£181.96.

So pretty much spot on.

Probably worth waiting for RX 470 reviews which should be out today at 2pm when NDA is lifted.

I just wouldn't go for the stock cooler, it's terrible

It'd be well worth paying another £17 for the Sapphire Nitro version from Scan or OcUK over this.

Its done that to everything, inc petrol.

These are just getting cheaper again because the release rush is over and the wave of aftermarket cooling is hitting.

Just saw this shame it's now out of stock =/

Ebuyer just sent me an email saying the order will not be fulfilled as it was discontinued. Waste of time.
