OK it's the 2GB RAM version and storage is 16GB so not the best spec for this phone. Global spec with Band 20 for O2 4G. Great phone, huge battery and fingerprint scanner. Can't find another compact phone with these specs and quality from UK seller at this price.

Topcashback or Quidco 2.2%.

However, quick delivery from reputable UK company with UK guarantee and easy returns. Also no risk of import taxes. Next day deliver £5 extra.

I think this is a good deal. I bought the 3GB RAM, 32GB Band 20 version for ~£120 a month ago from China (had a 2013 Moto X before). Great phone, great battery life, MiUI is fine (never bothered with another launcher). I see Clove are getting in on the act but they are try to sell the non Band20, 32GB, 3GB version for £200

Cubot are a reasonably decent brand. I have been using an X9 for the past eighteen months or so and it has been faultless. Has been excellent value for the £90 it cost on Amazon at the time of purchase. Camera is well below average, as is normal for the budget end of the market. I think all the money went into the screen and...thinness.

Slightly cheaper here from laptopsdirect
£124.92 with standard delivery
£129.92 with next day delivery
Also states "International Version with Band 20" so it's the same model

It was pointed out on the Elephone S3 thread that Debenhams Plus are stocked by "Buy it Direct" who run Laptops Direct so it's from the same source.

So are you suggesting that any white phone of similar dimensions is an iPhone lookalike?

I don't think buying an Xiaomi mobile or any other smartphone is to imitate an iPhone. All smart phones look very similar in design especially when you end up covering them up in cases etc. which hides the appearance of the original phone.

I have had various iPhones for well over 10 years now and finally switched to Xiaomi Redmi 3S 32G that was being sold by Aliexpress for £108 from a deal here in December and I have to say I was dreading the transition from ios to Andriod. But the move over wasn't that bad and most apps are available on both platforms including ones not available on the Appstore unless you jailbreak it.

MIUI 8 is really smooth and the battery life on this phone is amazing vs iPhone. I am only 1 week into using this phone, but I have to say I am impressed with the amount this phone can do especially for near £100 and I am happy I no longer need to pay a small fortune for the latest phone when the competitors are catching up at a fraction of the price.

It maybe next day delivery, but it's still not official UK distribution. Officially, they're not available in the UK at all.

I find the camera on both my Xiaomi Mi Max(64GB) and wifes Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro(32GB) to be average with decent light levels and fairly poor in low light. (though I prefer to use a camera, remember them?) ;)

Where did you get the Mi Max from and how much food you pay? What do you think about it overall?

Geekbuying, £176 for the 64GB as I wanted the 652 snapdragon. I use it as my daily phone though increasingly as a replacement for my laptop.

Why are they a shocking company? You're worrying me because I've ordered a phone from them (not this one).

I ordered a product (can't remember what), and it arrived faulty. It took me about 3 weeks to get a refund after all their excuses. Then, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, ordered a laptop, and the same thing happened again. You'll probably be fine, but they'll never get a penny of my money again.

Also, I've just noticed that they claim to be the official Xiaomi stockist. They're not.
