  Bought two of these, very quiet and very good build quality. (Unlike my arctic cooling f12 fan, where the blades just broke off).
  Can also confirm they come with connections for both molex and 3-pin to power from mobo.

  I've got a couple of Scythe Gentle Typhoons and, to be honest, they sound like not-so-gentle typhoons. I'm considering getting a couple of Xilences to replace them.
