In 1997, the second episode of the popular animated TV show South Park featured Eric Cartman as a spokesperson for a fictional product called Weight Gain 4000. In the episode, Cartman repeatedly bellows the trademark phrase "BEEFCAAAAKE!"

This is a protein shake, those "weight gain" style shakes are 90% carbs. They're between 300-400 kcal per shake. This is mainly protein, and at 130kcal per shake it won't blub you up so bad ;)

Not a bad deal, similar price to myprotein.co.uk's standard price for something branded.

EDIT: this one contains Aspartame, which the shakes from myprotein.co.uk don't.

Just googled Aspartame and there are around 92 health symptoms associated with it.
That aside it looks like a good deal, can anyone find whey protein cheaper?

Actually works out very cheap the MP true whey is £30 for 5lb (2.27kg)! Still I like to stick with what I know and the MP whey is nice :)

Doesn't have that effect on me. Quite the opposite, infact.

I stick to MP's unflavoured whey. 4.4kg for GBP 30, no additives and more protein per 30g than this stuff.

Its actually well known to cause miagranes so not a fake fact - But this is not going to have the same affect on everyone.

Better run and see your doctor, pronto. Sounds like something is seriously wrong with your digestive system if it cannot process protein.
