Yakuza 3 on PS3 £27.73 include 4 pieces of DLC
Dont forget quidco of 7.5%

Kazuma and Haruka, having severed their ties to the Yakuza world, have left Kamurocho to seek a new life in Okinawa where they manage an orphanage for children. However, their peaceful life is soon interrupted when a series of events unfold pulling Kazuma back into the shadowy past he thought he had left behind, in order to protect those he loves.

Making its first appearance exclusively on PS3, the rich story and vibrant world of Yakuza 3 lets players engage in intense brutal clashes within the streets of Okinawa, and the vibrant and often dangerous city of Tokyo where only the strongest will survive.
Tokyo and Okinawa are rendered with stunning accuracy
Play a variety of minigames including billiards, karaoke or even take in a game of golf
Engage in a variety of real-life activities from buying items in licensed shops and businesses to eating in restaurants you can find on actual streets of Tokyo
Seamlessly transition into intense fights more brutal than ever before
Gain fighting experience by training with teachers, getting "heavenly inspiration" or by remembering new moves from previous battles
Includes 4 pieces of DLC!
1. Battle for Survival Take on all the bosses of Yakuza 3 as Kazuma
2. All-Star Tournament (7 character tournament)
3. All-Star Tag Tournament (8 team tournament)
4. Harukas Request - This unique series of challenge missions will send you on a task of exploration throughout the entire Yakuza world, playing mini-games and entertaining Haruka.

Great price. Hot.

I downloaded and played the demo off of PSN the other night. I can't say I was that taken with it.

I think what let it down most for me was the amount of dialogue, which normally isn't a problem, but with it all being in japanese and quite often having to 'x' through each sentence.

Still a good price for a new release though.

Official playstation magazine gave it 9 out of 10 in its April issue

Quote from Mag

"When we reviewed this on import, it scored 8/10 with the only barrier being the obvious one: it was all in Japanese. The fact that Yakuza 3 has lost nothing in translation(and gained multiple C-words along the way) cements is status as an essential buy,"

Great price, got it last week for a few quid more. Don't think there is such a thing as Premium or Special edition as my regular one came with Bonus Soundtrack CD (which is enhanced and contains the who's who too), and DLC PSN code for extra game modes (but you have to complete the game first to use them).

Good game, and will take a while to complete.

Don't forget the quidco too.

This is the best PS3 I have played, essential purchase.. A bit like Streets of Rage meets Zelda.

Yeah I read that review too which is why I downloaded the the demo, if anyone already has the came can they clarify if the characters are actually speaking english in it or is the demo accurate and the only translation is in the text?
#7
The translation is in english text, no english dialougue.

It would be so irratating to hear bad American voice actors in a Japanese setting.

Great game though well worth the price!
#8
Yes, no Voice overs... still the English text is not capturing the humour 100%

Price Dropped even further to £27.73

I am confused. What is the difference between special edition, collector's edition and the normal edition (if there is one).
Thanks.

I bought this game for £31 didn't really enjoy it, so tried to sell it on but nobody was interested. I can see this game being very cheap, very fast due to lack of sales/interest.
