These are the same as the NX-50 in design with the addition of Bluetooth which is great if you plan to connect your smartphone to them. My speakers arrived in 2 days for your reference via tracked DPD (included).

If you don't need the Bluetooth, head here and grab them for £49.90:

Official info:

Save 50% off RRP on these fantastic NX-B55 Bluetooth desktop speakers, the wireless version of the hugely popular NX-50. Size and shape is identical to the NX-50, but this Bluetooth version includes wireless functionality and with special styling - the speakers are in black but with the choice of gold or titanium accents on the front.

It's not just about the style and the deal though, the NX-B55's sound fantastic with a much bigger room-filling sound than you'd expect with all the rich tones and clarity of a much more expensive speaker.

Enjoy your music and share it with friends and family effortlessly. The high quality Bluetooth functionality allows you to wirelessly connect any Bluetooth enabled smartphone or tablet and play music stored on your phone, via Spotify, Tidal, YouTube etc.

Although they are Bluetooth enabled, you can also plug these speakers into your PC, TV, etc by using cable connection, giving you the best of both worlds - a cable connection at your desktop, and a wireless connection when you want to party!

This is not your ordinary small speaker system. It's tuned to deliver maximum performance from every type of digital device. The unique cabinet shape prevents internal sound loss and gives the best possible frequency response.

Plus, a bass port in the front pushes powerful bass sound straight out into the room, providing clear sound fields. There's even a loudness control that perfectly adjusts bass output to match the volume.

Auto Standby and Auto Mix for convenience

How's this for easy operation: you don't have to turn the power on and off. Auto Standby automatically puts the unit into standby mode after a period of inactivity, then turns it on when a sound is detected.

And with Auto Mix you can simultaneously play the two sound sources connected via Bluetooth and to an input jack — no need to switch inputs!!

Key Features

- Bluetooth connection delivers powerful sound

- Additional cable connection on the rear

- Angled, rugged look goes with your active lifestyle.

- Auto Standby and Auto Mix add to everyday convenience.

- Choice of gold or titanium accents on the front

- Exclusive £50 saving off RRP

For those seeking better sound from mobile/laptop/PC, grab an AudioQuest Dragonfly Black amp/dac and connect the 3.5mm of either speakers to the DAC, plug the USB in to your PC or USB OTG cable for mobile and enjoy stunning sound quality - versus what you may be used to!

Sure thing... but I speak of my personal setup. For newbies its a bit of a minefield, there's plenty of **** DAC's too! The Dragonfly range is pretty undeniable in terms of the acclaim it has received universally and for years now.

Depends what your budget is I guess!

Either way a decent DAC really helps any headphones or speakers worth their salt.

By all means highlight some others in here to help people seeking a lower price point

Indeed. Sure

A lot more affordable. Low power headphone amp but for active speakers, not important.
