The pictured yoghurt contains 9.5g of fat per 100g serving (and 6.4g sugar) so you might want to update it

The fat free version contains 15.5g of sugar per 100g serving

None of them are good for you, but if you had to choose, go for the one with the least sugar.

I normally go for the fat free natural one as it doesn't have all the added sugar the flavoured ones have.
