Cracking price for this as I can't find this Ltd Edition slipcase version elsewhere and certainly not a signed copy. The standard edition elsewhere is retailing at between £17 and £25

A collection of the brilliant Rian Hughes' comic work, all of which is long out of print. Includes collaborations with Grant Morrison (Dare, Really and Truly) Raymond Chandler and Tom DeHaven (Goldfish), the Science Service and more. This signed limited slipcased edition of 350, is exclusive to Forbidden Planet International and is pretty much sure to sell out fast to hard core fans of Rian's work.

As well as being in an embossed slipcase this edition wil contain a set of 4 art cards, A5 size. These feature new drawings, one each of Dan, R&T, Science Service, Marlowe. These would come inside an A5 envelope to protect them, and slip inside the case. Also in the envelope comes the Signed/numbered b/w plate. As Rian is overseeing the design of everything you know this will be a wonderful book, (BTW it is we just got a first look at the proof). You can read an in-depth interview with Rian, with links to a large amount of his art and design work, over on the FPI blog.

Hardback with slipcase and signed and numbered card, 260 Pages, published July 2007

Great artwork. Worth it for the 'modern' Dan Dare alone
