the 3rd review on the site says:
THIS WORKS! but can cause a strain on relationships, 17 Aug 2006
used to weigh 15 stone and now am down to 11 in 6 months just by this wonderous form of exercise alone! Its quite exhausting though! At the start my partners were only too happy to aid me on my new weight loss regime, as we all got something out of it! However after a month or 2 the novelty wore thin for 2 of my partners and my constant nagging to keep up with my weight loss caused a strain on our relationships, a certain amount of backpain and soreness. I didnt relent though and my weightloss is still going strong and hopefully i shall be 9 stone very soon!

*She says 2 of her partners were constanty nagging ...wonder how many she has :?

Maybe it was the multiple partners bit that was causing the relationship problems

Not really sure you need a book to tell you that shagging burns calories. Makes you wonder how much the large folk are getting! ;) hehe

Such a shame that the people who need to lose weight most are the least sexually appealing.

I'm sure some people have fetishised fatties, but some people fetishise farm animals too.

By the looks of some, they'd find it hard to make any kind of (physical) connection anyway. Fat tends to pull the vital bits inside.

I'm no fatty, but to say I'm a godsend would perhaps be overstating the point.

The first review made me chuckle - actually the last statement to be precise!

By Chantal Liddell (Wolverhampton)
...

Men might not be good for much, but they do help you to burn calories!

Men are extremely good at telling it like it is - it's just most women don't want to hear the truth.

So next time, Chantel Liddell from Wolvehampton, you ask a guy if your trousers make you look fat, don't be surprised if he says "No - your @rse does that all by itself". Maybe you might be more inclined to appreciate honesty and stop eating the cakes.

There are attractive larger people and unattractive larger people same as skinny folk, and to imply that larger people are all unattractive is indeed a sweeping generalisation.

It's also pretty hurtful to larger readers of this thread to imply that if they're larger then they are automatically unattractive. Many people who would be considered thin make off-the-cuff statements like this without realising how hurtful it can be to others.

I might also add that I'm pretty skinny and wretched myself, so I don't have a vested interest in this subject, but it just saddens me that people still have this attitude.

30 years ago, people would openly be prejudiced against blacks so perhaps in 30 years time people just judge others by the merits of their character instead of their outward appearance, which is by and large governed by the expression of their genetic heritage.

Fatism is not the same as racism - you can do something about your weight. It's not easy, but it's fulfilling.

I don't mean to offend larger members. We're grown ups, we should be big enough to take some criticism. I don't have an appetite for hurting people, but fat people are generally considered lazy and unattractive.

Henry VIII was a hit with the ladies back in his days....

But yes generally overweight people are less attractive, but its natural as people are naturally attracted to healthy people, as our natural instincts tell us to mate with a healthy partner for the whole natural path of evolution and the survival of the fittest game
#31
One person may think a size 6 woman is their ideal size and think a size 12 is overweight in their eyes and vice versa.

Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.

For example, the late Anna Nicole Smith was considered fat at many times in her life, but she was extremely attractive then.

There are others too,

No, she was attractive and then she got fat so it doesn't count.

Most people have nothing against tubsters, I don't think any less of someone just cos they like their grub, it's just a fact that you wouldn't **** 'em (unless there are no other options). It's like someone above wrote, we are pre- programmed to want to mate with obviously healthy people. But hey, there's more to life than just sexy sex you know, there's also friendship and family and a large chips with battered sausage and a buttered t-cake and a bottle of coke.
#36
Anna Nicole Smith was an ugly fatty. Might have had a dabble on the skinny one though.

FAIL.

There is no link between attraction and weight. Attraction is also not limited to what you see on the outside. My my, we really have some shallow people around these days.... :whistling:

The sad thing is this isn't that uncommon. Most people have probably met their soul-mate already but because of their own inhibitions, wouldn't have even realised it.
#38
I'm sure there are as many single slim people as there are single overweight people.

But by others reckoning on here everybody overweight should be single.:?
#39
OK a scenario for you. You're given 10 seconds to decide who you want to spend some 'quality time' with, you'll never see them again afterwards. Your choices are Connie Huq or Jo Brand if your a man (or lesbian) and Daniel Craig or Johnny Vegas if you're a lady (or wooly woofter).

Thin or funny? Who's the most attractive in this situation????

Nothing wrong with being shallow. You know a study showed that men with a overweight wife are less likely to get as big a pay rise at work, as one with a slender wife. I'll link you when i find it.

There isn't a link between attraction and weight, however there is a link with what is percieved as attractive and weight.
