I checked earlier at both quido and topcashback and the cashback rate was 4% on both, now it is 10% on both which is amazing. I hope I get the 10%.

I'll vote this hot because I've had a Zanussi fridge/freezer for over15 years and it's still going strong, it's still clean and tidy too. :{

Same here.
Had my Zanussi Fridge for 10 Years and still going strong.
No frost whatsoever!

Had a 'frost free' Zanussi for 2 years - nothing but problems;
Noisy
Frost in fridge
Ice in freezer (loads of it)
Bad seal around fridge door when I swapped it round
Poor customer sevice from Zanussi
Expensive parts (£45 for a new door seal?!)

Would never buy one again (unleass it was REALLY cheap)

Fab price - hot from me!

Thank god for that! We desperately need a new frost free fridge freezer!

Thanks!

HOT!

...I just hope the freezer section's big enough....

You do realise the Zanussi brand is now cheap tat and aimed at the mass market and engineered obsolesce?

I've a zanussi dishwasher which replaced a really expensive but very troublesome Smeg and never had a (..., dont want to say it!) , and a washing machine still working well. Both have had 3 years of almost daily use too. I went for zanussi as it was a relatively well known brand unlike some of the cheaper makes that the likes of Argos sell.

A timely find as I'm looking for a new fridge freezer!

Seems a good price. Looking on other sites, it says this has twin thermostats (a good thing) although the Best Buy site doesn't mention this.

Great timing, my current machine is about to pack up. Placed an order thanks to the OP.

Thanks was looking for a fridge freezer for the folks.

Zanussi can't be that bad or John Lewis wouldn't sell their stuff.

Their products still rate highly on 'Which?', so while this appliance happens to be cheap, it's unlikely to be 'tat'. Any other frost-free fridge freezer at that price will be a 'budget' brand.

There's always someone with an unsubstantiated dismissal of a brand, or someone with a bad experience they want to share. You are better off checking 'Which?' and online customer reviews:Revoo.

At the end of the day, people prefer to share bad experiences to good ones.

You've always got to be careful with reviews of any type. Which? will review them based on what they see when they take the product out of the box. There is no real user testing. Revoo (and similar) comments are usually made shortly after purchasing. Whenever I buy something reserved online at Argos they send me a request to review the product..They don't send me one after a year to ask to review it again after a good amount of usage. Unless there obvious problems most people will be delighted with their purchase so rate highly...

If a freezer by Manufacturer A results 10,000 engineer call outs whilst Manufacturer B generates 1,000 call outs it's easy to assume that Manufacturer B has the most reliable freezers. Without knowing the number of units sold it's impossible to know which is the most reliable. I'd always be sceptical about any claims by engineers.

? They're different product numbers....

ZRB224NXO was the original one on offer (now removed from the site)

ZRB227XO is the £209 one.

It looks the OP has changed the title to use the £209 model number?
