1-6 players working together against zombies. I've not played, but been looking at for a while... Well reviewed (just google), so I think this is a good deal atm.

Well reviewed (just google) and could be a great alternative gift for xmas.

This may be something of a niche deal, but this has a serious cult following and is highly rated. Season 3 was put on Kickstarter this year with a goal of $100,000 and raised over $2 million, with some of the older expansion sets and figures going for silly money on Ebay. The base game has always been on the expensive side, and this is a good price, so heat from me. I absolutely don't need this but am very tempted.

I've never played it, but this is a cracker price.

Great find. Thanks for posting. Just what I needed for a friend's Christmas present.

Why, why do I never have any money. Why do I keep getting faulty lottery tickets lol. great deal. Heat added.

Not a million miles away, save for the fact that Last Night on Earth has two teams of players pitted against each other, whilst Zombicide is a pure co-operative game. I imagine if you like one you'd like the other, though.

Last Night on Earth is CoOp? Or at least, the only games/scenario we play are CoOp!?

Like "Get The Fuel Can To The Truck" sort of thing...

Just to clarify, Last Night on Earth is co-operative but it's team based, so there are two teams of players playing against one another, one controlling humans and one controlling zombies. Zombicide is purely co-operative, in that all human players are working together against the game itself. Like Pandemic, for example.

Aaaaah. I get it.

...But how do the zombies move? Directional dice?

The zombies move based on a set of rules. Broadly speaking if they can see a survivor they move towards them, whilst if they can't see any survivors they move towards sources of noise (you create noise counters by doing things like firing weapons or opening doors). I've not come across a game like this that uses directional dice; I expect that for games like this directional dice would be far too unpredictable to make the game work.

This is a great deal and a brilliant game. Very popular at our games club.
