£3.60 for 12 issues is a great deal! I'm surprised it hasn't been posted here.

Yeah, I saw that. Didn't realise there are 51 issues a year though. It's not such a good deal after all. :|

But Kerrang > Zoo imho. You wont get so many dirty looks for whacking it out on the train, at least.

I just wanted to make people aware. It clearly states that the minimum term is for 12 months, they have omitted mention of this being a trial without commitment.

You must also be aware that the company can present the direct debit repeatedly, even if you cancel, as they will have a 12 month contract.

Best thing might be to ring them and enquire before you take out the offer.

Yep too risky, even though this isn't really my material anymore, anyway.
#29
Cheapest deal for toilet paper I've seen, and it has crude words written in it by many lobotomised apes to keep me entertained as I wipe. Have some heat.

Quote from the website (to clarify the 12 month issue):
http://www.greatmagazines.co.uk/offer-terms.html

"Some Direct Debit offers have a reduced price for a trial period. We ask that you enter into the Direct Debit agreement with the intention that your subscription will continue for at least 12 months, even if the frequency of payment is for a shorter period (for example, quarterly). However, you will still have the right to cancel your Direct Debit in accordance with Direct Debit Guarantee below if you so desire. If you do cancel, you will receive only the issues you have already paid for. If a gift is included as part of the subscription offer, we reserve the right to request the return of the gift/value of the gift in the event of an early cancellation of the subscription."
#31
Can someone please clarify if its a trial or not and people have stated different opinions here. Some say its a 12 month minimum contract while others stated its only 12 months after the trial period before you cancel.
#32
Thanks for the link Kirajai

#34
