For the sake of £100 more you can get a AMD A8 quad with 6670 in xfire, at the expense of having only 4GB of RAM, which is cheap as hell to upgrade anyway (not that your average Joe needs more than 4GB RAM).

I suppose its ok for simple word processing etc, but graphic design? Is that code word for MS Paint? :p

Photshop and illustrator would actually run quite nicely on this providing you aren't dealing with massive files. Any PC from around 2006 onwards is fast enough for your basic email/web/office stuff for the home user.

I have this machine, pretty much. I think its a slower processor.
I put my GFX card in that I must have bought 4 years ago, and it plays stuff well. I have been playing Saints Row 3, Shogun 2 etc with little to no problems.

Its a good buy I'd say!

Was £199 a couple of months ago via ebay ebuyer (750gb Hard drive though). They are very noisy due to the poor PSU and case.

Just had to replace ram from Zoostorm machine bought on an earlier posting. One of the two 4GB ram sticks was faulty - replaced both with decent brand, sold the good 4GB stick on eBay and binned the bad 4GB. At the current price of RAM this isn't a great problem and in my book these machines are still well worth buying for general use but run a ram check early on. Compared with my old machine (big old noisy psu + a truck-load of fans) the Zoostorm is whisper quiet.

Mine isnt quiet, but that could be the PSU I put into it..
