315mm is a ridiculously long card good luck stuffing it in your case, I just upgraded my case to fit in my palit dual which I paid £10 less for and no where near this length

Have to agree. I have the Palit 1080 SuperJetstream which is 285mm in length and it literally scrapes past the hard drive trays to fit in to my NZXT H440.

Pretty sure this card will need a full-atx case!

Each to their own I guess, I challenge anyone to find a better price for the GTX 1070. Unless everyone here is waiting for the 1070's to drop to or below the £350 mark

Another reason I believe it to be a good deal is that it's very close to its msrp of £379. Where most of the community have been moaning and groaning about the absurd price gouging retailers and manufacturers have been charging. But like I said everyone has a choice to vote with their wallet. Just my 2 pence lol

The cheapest one you can get is this one, which I think was actually £350 the other day...

I got my Palit Dual from Aria for £364 on a daily offer, but we're not allowed to post their deals here.

If you're only running 1080p then a 1060 for £180 is plenty... 1070s are only needed for 4k gaming... and as no card can do 4k@60fps there's no need to pay more than a 1070 :)

The cooler is only needed for overlocking the card, but nvidia have set a cap on the voltage anyway so theres not much point in paying for a better cooler because you can't OC the cards that much to stop you reaching 1080 speeds...

Thought it was the AMP! Extreme at first... Still not that bad of a deal.

Palit Gamerock is £375 on scan

Fair play guys nice deals it really depends on what your looking for the prices are gradually going down though. For me I'm going to wait until CES 2017 to see if the 1080ti comes out cos if the rumoured spec of GDDR5 running on the 1070 is to go by. Performance of the 1080ti using that memory should not hamper it in any way as has a higher memory bandwidth than the 1080

I saw this deal a while ago but was reluctant to buy a model of card that isn't even mentioned on the official Zotac website. I have no problems with Novatech or Zotac, but it just left me unsure. I contacted Novatech but they couldn't explain why it wasn't listed as a model from Zotac either.
