Cheaper than the cheapest 1GB GTX 460 and a better brand too, plus free delivery.

Looking at benchmarks, the 465 slightly outdoes the 460.

Check your PSU is capable. At least 550W and should have 2 PCIe connectors, though the box does come with converters for molex cables as well as a mini HDMI to HDMI and a DVI to VGA adapter.

Hot, slow, power hungry.....get the GTX460 instead

It depends on the benchmark... Personally, I would get the GTX460 instead (cooler, quieter..). Saying that, you would be lucky if you could find a 1GB GTX460 for this price, so still a good deal.

I stand corrected! Go for that one instead :)

Not bad and some of these unlock to 470's

according to this, Palit are unreliable whilst Zotac are a lot better.

This is the cheapest 465 by far, btw.

This from Bit Tech (Custom PC Magazine)

As a quick aside, it's worth noting that the GTX 460 1GB was faster the GTX 465 in every game and at every combination of resolution and AA setting, despite the latter's superior name. If you bought one of these cards (and if you did, it certainly wasn't due to a recommendation from us), then get ready to write a strongly worded email or forum post. Even the huge price drop last Friday, from £230-odd to £200 hasn't made the GTX 465 worth looking at.

The GTX 465 is hopeless at any price I'm afraid.......

unless it can be unlocked to a 470 which I doubt it will, then its not worth it. The 465 uses around 80W more then the 460 and runs 20C+ hotter and the 460 1GB win most benchmarks.
