Isn't this the same deal that was on here a week or so ago that isn't actually PAYG but a rolling 1 month contract ?

yup
I believe this is a PayG deal and not a 30 day rolling contract. Depending on quidco you may grab a bragain.
This is supposed to be a 30 day contract and from the last forum of the same deal three either ask you to take the 30 day contract or cancel your order

I sent an email this morning and I have just received a call from three.

They said they've had a lot of people calling about it, and that it was an error on their site. They said IT are looking into it at the moment to see what happened.

The basically said it should have been a 1 month contract, and shouldn't have been showing up as Pay as U Go. All they will do is cancel the order, or let you take it as a 1 month contract, they wouldn't honour it as a PAYG deal (even though it was advertised this way on their site).
