I've had a terrible experience with this brand. I have no idea if this is any better but I won't buy their products again to find out. Looking through amazon reviews I see people having the same kind of issues:

"As so many others have said, these suddenly die. I have had four units and the last died this weekend."

I have used tplink without issues.

I had a nas by this brand which suddenly died. when it comes to networking brand seems to be important with tp link the lowest I would go

dunno why people are slating zyxel, in my circle there are routers 5yrs old, a nas about the same age, my own nas 2 years old a few power line units at a few years old, no failures yet unlike dlink carp.
