If a user want to "permanently delete account" they should have the option to, this includes every post they have made being deleted.

I just saw a "deal" where someone posted alink to say that Cdiscount where in financial difficulties - but it has since disappeared. Why?

I posted a deal up earlier, which is definitely available in my area, yet it has been expired because it is not available everywhere or on line. I disclosed it as an Store deal only anyway and I wanted to unexpire it...or perhaps amend it to say available in South West.
