Does anyone know how to unlock a samsung u700 at home? using software?

Can anyone help? I have downloaded a couple of films lately, when I watch them on my PC wether its through Nero or Windows Media Player the sound is 'ahead' of the picture?? any suggestions??

I've got a TV DVD combo thats a few years old now

When I watch TV or a DVD the sound is fine. However, when I turn the TV to AV to use the Xbox the sound is slightly muted. I do get some sound through but it can be hard hearing voices etc on certain games

i have a 12 month contract on o2 at the moment, if i upgrade in the last month can i ditch the contract anytime after that period or is it conditional for x amount of months
this may seem a stupid question but i have no idea about phone contracts.
