I don't think I've ever seen www.4cheapcds.com/ advertised on HUKD. If they aren't a UK Company then they wouldn't get mentioned, unless they are very reliable and have good revues from members.
Sorry to hear about your problems with them. Can your Credit Card Company help?

I experienced a delay with them but when I contacted them by email they sorted it and I received the CD a few days later...that was some time ago so things may be worse now..

Is our site secure?
Absolutely! Your payment details are kept secure with 128 bit encryption. When you go through the checkout you'll notice that the address starts with "https://", and you'll see the padlock symbol to indicate a secure site.
Who are you?
We're a Singaporean company, and ship our CDs from Singapore, which is why they can take 4-5 days to arrive, but also why they can be so cheap! For more information about us, see our cleverly-titled "About Us" page.
Are your CDs genuine?
Yes! All our CDs are 100% genuine retail products in full retail packaging. Because we source them from overseas occasionally there might be small differences in the track listing from the UK edition. If that's the case then we'll say so in the product's description.
What about returns?
Our returns policy is very simple and very clear: If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All we ask is that it is still shrink-wrapped and in original condition. To arrange a return please email: [COLOR=#0000ff][email protected][/COLOR]

Not received your order?

Please click "My Account" at the top of the screen and find "Order History" from the menu. You will be able find an order status, here they are explained: "Pending" - this is when you have just placed your order and when our system downloads your order to the warehouse, pending allocation of stock.
"Picked" - this is when the warehouse has confirmed the order, and physically picked it
"Completed" - when this status is shown it means that it is in the post and on its way to you!
Please note:
If your order is pending for more than 2 days then this may mean we have unexpectedly ran out of stock, this is rare - normally stock is picked and packed whilst you are asleep!
If the order says Completed, delivery is generally 4-5 working days from this point.
If you still haven't received your order even then, please contact our [COLOR=#0000ff]support team[/COLOR] giving as much detail as possible, preferably forwarding your original order confirmation. We do give your emails our full attention but will usually only contact you if your order is outside of the normal rules as above.

Damaged goods?
If the jewel case is damaged just let us know at [EMAIL="[email protected]"][COLOR=#0000ff][email protected][/COLOR][/EMAIL] - quoting your order number - and we'll get a new one in the post to you.
Lost in the post?
Orders are sent by post, and will typically arrive within 4-5 working days. However, due to the unpredictability of the postal system we have to allow up to 14 days before we can assume that the order has been lost. Before contacting us please check with your local post office to see if they can be of any help as sometimes orders can be delayed. If you've still not received your order after 15 days, and you have checked with your local post office, then let us know, quoting your order number, and we'll investigate - and send a free replacement if necessary.
Something Missing?
We generally send each part of your order separately, to make sure you get everything as quickly as possible. So don't worry if it doesn't all arrive in one go - multiple items may arrive over the course of a couple of days.
Changed your mind?
If you want to cancel your order, please email: [EMAIL="[email protected]"][COLOR=#0000ff][email protected][/COLOR][/EMAIL]. If it's already on its way to you then simply return it when it arrives.

Do your CDs have copy protection?
A few do, yes. This is a decision made and applied by the record labels - we don't have any say in the matter! Due to the large number of different titles we sell, and because we constantly shop around to bring you the best prices, we can't guarantee whether a particular title will have copy protection or not - please bear this in mind when ordering.

I've just looked and I ordered this:-Century Of Football DVD - £1.14 delivered from them. Delivery was about 5 weeks.

Not great then. I just think that people should be made aware.

I have emailed all of those addresses and wrote two letters. very poor indeed
