I will be the first to admit the new site has taken me as a big surprise. I do believe however there are useful additions to the new site but there has been the probelm of a too radical change over.
Though the site is still fully functional I believe the site as a whole has change way to rapidly for regular users to comprehend.
What the site as a whole (and I hated to use that term) is implemented changes other time rather than all at once.
What the "staff" should have done is implemented the changes one at a time so that the mass user could get use to the changes over a period of time.
In all I believe the new site (if you call it that) has been a too rapid progression which should have been implemented in stages so not too annoy and confuse "ALL" users. One main point shines out is have you saved money from this site as a whole, and the answer being "YES", on most occasions.
The new site is just as good if not better than the previous site, what has happen is bad implemention by the sites admin but as this is a free service what can be expected not everything for nought is too that of the recipent.
Everyone makes mistakes/ cock-ups and in this case is the rapid procession without warning. easing the entire user base into the new site would have been a better progression.
This being said I believe the admin staff have learnt from their mistakes and the future progression of the site (as a whole) "WILL" benefit. Just that the change was too far and too fast (without warning).
