No, sorry... not as long as 5 minutes... maybe 20 to 30 seconds; no more.

Yes, I agree. It is much faster now; almost instaneous from [Submit] to re-display of the same page.

Does your Internet Service Provider perform network tests or reduce service speed from 4am until 6am?

HotUKDeals.com is fine for me presently.

Are you (still) using Mozilla Firefox?

I am currently using version 3.6.15 without any problems.

When I replied to you yesterday morning I was using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x.

I've found it really slow on bothy Opera and IE but other websites seem ok
my broadband speed is showing 10.26Mb at the PC - so I think its the site

We've got plenty of IT experts on here perhaps they could look at the server status oO

...I have just (five minutes ago) had the "Posting" message after I clicked [Submit] but stopped it after five minutes of it seemingly doing nothing other than displaying a rotating image.

The message did not make it to the thread either & the "Leave a Reply" box was blank after I stopped the transmission to the server.

After re-typing & re-submitting the comment was posted within seconds though.

We had a response from Developer yesterday afternoon in another thread:

However, it isn't clear (to me) if Developer, or DevelopmentTeam, or Admin, or juliet_bravo, or even the seen once (whilst another member was suspended) "DBA" is collating, reviewing, responding to, or resolving issues.

We do seem to have lost motivation with responses to each & every bug/issue feedback thread now.

hasnt been slow for me, have noticed in the last week or so though, that when I have a browse on FF on my work comp I get a 400 bad request error message quite often. Not sure if thats related to the site or just our pants computers lol
