If a seller is happy to post to Germany then i don't see why not. I've seen someone from L.A with threads on For Sale.

You received a response, likewise so did the other member. We don't discuss other account details with anyone else other than the account holder though.

OP,

I don't see any problem with listing such a request, however our trading advice is listed below. Most members may be unable to verify and as such your chances of a trade will be small. That said, there's a few members who ignore this advice and after all, it's their call.

A reminder for all members intending to complete a transaction that they should be fully aware of the following advice:
[b]
Please be advised, all buyers and sellers should satisfy themselves that either party is genuine by providing and verifying the following via PM to each other and to Admin or a Moderator if they wish to keep a record:

1. Landline telephone number Make a CALL to check out the area code and number are correct too!

2. Name and address including postcode

3.Valid e-mail address [no disposable addresses such as @gmail or @yahoo for example].

4, Using PayPal (we don't recommend the gift option) then check out eBay feedback if there is any and make a small payment to and from each other to validate the PayPal e-mail address.

5. If possible, collect and pay for items in person

6. Only buy from Verified PayPal Members if possible.

Do NOT proceed with a deal until you are completely satisfied with all details being correct. It's in your best interest to check out these details yourself.

Thanks for your answers. Unfortunately I was also temporarily banned this morning because I asked if someone can buy the phone on my behalf. This is not allowed and I understand and accept that rule.

Instead I want to request on FS/FT is someone is selling his phone. But I don’t want to get banned again for this request…

I see this problem too. I am a newbie here and so I have no profile with some feedback about me :-(

Is it allowed to link e.g. to my ebay Profil with 100% Feedback?

I searched for shipping options outside the UK. Royal Mail is offering secured delivery with tracking and information when delivered, called Airsure.

And if I am paying with paypal in advance there should be no risk for the seller...

Members are allowed to link to their ebay profiles in trade listings to help establish their trade feedback.

Airsure® costs just £4.90 in addition to the Airmail Letter, Printed Paper or Small Packet postage price for your item. This price includes up to the value of 100 First Class stamps in compensation for loss or damage.

If you are sending valuable items, you can get additional cover of up to £500 for an additional £2.50 on top of the £4.90 Airsure® fee. However, the maximum compensation for cash and money sent via Airsure® is £100. Please note that cash cannot be sent at all to a number of countries – check with Royal Mail Customer Services for more details.

Additional cover is not available for mobile telephones. The maximum compensation for mobile telephones sent via Airsure® is the value of 100 First Class stamps.

so the seller only has £41 cover should the item go missing
