Moved from deal requests to feedback forum, as i think this is a HUKD issue?

If it's talking about what I think it is.. it's been mentioned before we should leave reviews and experiences to dedicated sites like ciao.

have you got a link to that discussion ?

Is there really a problem sharing bad experiences especially if the hot deal was found
on this site ?

Its nice to be able see the pros & cons of a company on one website.

I am sure I have seen this topic on here and the advice was something to do with liablist comments. The site have had threat of legal action before. Freedom of speach is fine, but comments must be factual and even then who wants to go to court over it????

Ultimately bad stories get around, usually when someone posts a deal where you have had a bad experience. Or at least that is where I put my gripes.

I would love Airtours to call my comments liablus on the holiday they sold me.
I would enjoy my day in court - with a bundle of pictures, video and letters
from other disgruntled holidaymakers !

I will get it as I am taking them to the small claims court anyway.

I see your point though - I have no idea if the website or the individual poster takes
responsibility for a post.

but if it is the case that liablus comments are a no no on here - then how can
the comments section on each post exist in its present form.

ie. people put companies down all over the place and therefore there must currently be
thousands of slanderous comments sitting on this site for lawyers to pick over.

How about a hot / cold vote within the comments section which you could filter on ?
