This the one you agreed to then kicked up a fuss then agreed again. Surely a refund when he was faffing you around the first time would of been the easy way out?

Mods can't really do nothing. System there using doesn't help them at all. All they can do is restrict his movements on here.

you need to leave feedback to warn others.

ask mods to review further when sorted with any evidence you have.

they can restrict from FS/FT section if he is not dealing in accordance with the rules

Yerp - first time i gave him the benefit of the doubt. He appolgized he didn't send it when he promised to, and agreed it would be sorted and when by.. Of course that never happened.

I will not submit feedback, if i'm not given a guranntee that any sort of silly revenge feedback is removed.. Like Neosound, when he messed about not only me but 3/4 other people.. Left me negative feedback because i was angry at him for messing me about, hardly seems fair in my opinion.

I have given the mods all evidence - and it is clear to see he is not meeting his trading obligations which i have pointed out to the admins, in addition i have pointed out how he is flaunting that fact he wants to find the best way to delay my refund.. Yet no action taken or instrument given.. So i'm left wondering...

That won't happen they will allow it even though the feedback system doesn't work. Higher mods seem to ask for your opinnion on things and then ignore them, I did used to wonder why longer established members got frustrated with the team, I now understand why, there not interested in logic.

Second point mods can't do jack.

I've been waiting for 3 items (not from here) since just before Xmas, and I'm prepared to wait a few days longer.
Havent had any post delivered at all this week due to the weather

To be fair the OP isn't the only waiting, I didn't have post for a week, but anyone who I bought off or traded with kept me informed.

m8-I really do understand where you are coming from and its obviously a nightmare scenario,but feedback is there to protect us ALL-just my opinion,but I would neg him whether he "revenge" negged me or not-others would see that for what it was. The point of a forum surely is that we all look out for each other rather than only ourselves? If the guy deserves a neg then he should get it no matter what-just my opinion tho.

Regardless of weather.. And i've checked with the courier he was going to be using.. No problems in his area with collections, and no delivery booked for my address.

He was telling me he had sent stuff to me, and he was going to forward me the tracking number via email (never did)... Then was informing another user he hadn't sent anything to me, and was refunding me..

So he obviously had no sent me anything, and had strung me along for 2 weeks.

You make a fair point.

I shall give him negative feedback, i still am at a loss as to why the admins take so little action over issues like this when the support given by admins at avforums is very constructive and within the lines of the rules..

The rules here are very similar to avforums also..

Boothy its just silly its still there. He's banned that transaction should be removed it holds no relevance, and people do hold it agains't you.

For instance, with my last.. Neozound - had messed around 3/4 other people.. All giving him negative feedback.. He gave me negative feedback for my 'attitude' - well im not sure what he expected.. Because he messed me around for a week, promising courier delivery on various days.. Then i check with the courier and he had actually lied about the delivery he booked, then once i finally got the tracking number off him.. That again show'd more lies on his part...

So i'm not sure what he expected, me to be happy and farting rainbows that someone had lied to me and caused me to organize my wife staying in majority of the week..

It just doesn't seem 'fair'.. Especially when considering my feedback of 29 with glowing comments.

True - then again my last name is scottish, i very rarely trust myself :).

If you check my feedback - you'll see one stating how reasonable i was when part of what i bought turned up faulty.. I was impressed by the seller acting so quickly on it, i covered half of the cost with him for the replacement cable.. As it was only £4 in total. Just to be fair..

But when i'm lied to, constantly.. It just seems utterly pointless. I mean what did this idiot expect - i wouldn't go ahead and check with the courier..

Then he tells another member he hadn't sent it to me, what does he think is gonna happen.. That that member isn't going to forward me that message, along with another one where he said he would give me a booting if he ever saw me.. lol..

tbh, I think I would be delaying a refund to someone who rang me up and gave me a mouthful!

I bet the police were interested too!

And you're not helping others but not giving negative feedback. Being worried about retaliatory feedback is no excuse as a mod can remove that if unwarrented.

**** off my family via text message in any way shape or form, ya pretty much gurannteed to get a mouthful off me over the phone.. Whoever ya are.

Can text pictures of these polite messages for the admins if they wish.

And what else can i do.. Police is the next step, yes it's £15.. And very little will probabley happen, but hey at least it'll be investigated.. He'll be contacted and he'll have something on his record, so if he ever does it again they've got some history on him.

spritey, that's not correct - each time you've reported the issue both myself & Admin have been in touch with them on your behalf on more than one occasion to help resolve this. This has taken time & effort on our part & you have not just got a blank 'its a feedback issue' reply. But it's nice to know you're grateful for our efforts on your behalf to resolve the matter.

You decided to cancel the agreement initially & then agreed the sale a second time with your eyes wide open. The buyer has been in touch with you & we have been in contact with them on your behalf.

When you agreed the sale the second time you did get all their contact details & it is a private sale - if you've had problems it's unfortunate but we have tried to help.

This thread is only giving one side of the story ( a bit like your review of my input) & there were other circumstances involved initially which you yourself informed us off for the seller. They obviously don't want to discuss this & you should be resolving this issue directly with them & if you need to get in touch or report further problems please use the main 'Contact Us' link as Admin have already been in contact with them before.

As stated above & as advised before, do leave honest feedback for the sales process - this builds up a members feedback profile & is a vital tool if used correctly & honestly when assessing buyers & sellers feedback.
