Viewing recently expired deal thread:

The "The fire's out on this one" panel is trying to display the text "Subscribe to Hot Deals" but it is squished to the right of the [more entertainment] link.

Initially seen using Microsoft Windows Vista 7 64-bit / Mozilla Firefox 3.6.13 [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv: Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13].

Also seen using Windows Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385.

The panel is now no longer being displayed [EDIT] in Mozilla Firefox (but it is shown in Windows Internet Explorer) [/EDIT] so I presume this issue is being worked on.

(Unless the fact the panel is shown in one browser & not the other is another issue completely)

Will take a look for you

Was the missing "panel" in Mozilla Firefox a separate issue or is the feature supposed to work like that (&, hence, was the problem with Windows Internet Explorer)?

This thread has been marked as 'Expired' but no further response from DevelopmentTeam.

(The third example of this happening with my [BUG] threads that I have seen/reported so far this morning).

Please can you re-active this thread & offer feedback?

Thank you.

The panel is not there in both browsers. Also im not sure whos marking your threads as expired.

Is the panel just shown in Mozilla Firefox, or other web browsers as well? If you let me know I can see if the problem is present throughout those supported.

The expired threads issue was part of the initiation test for the newly-appointed forum helpers. The floggings didn't last long as it was their first offence! ;)

Is this issue resolved now, DevelopmentTeam?

For example...

I suggest this thread can be locked for further comments now.
