[BUG]: Profile "Invisible Mode" setting is not adhered to in "new skin"

  I have my Profile "Privacy Options" set as shown below.
  
  
  
  Using the "new skin" (in Windows Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421), when I click on my Avatar in threads my "Last Active" time is shown (as well as my status of "Offline").
  
  
  
  This is not the case when viewing using the "old skin".
  
  
  
  Also, when I try to change the "Receive HUKD badge notification email" check-box from unchecked to checked (selected) & then click the [Save Changes] button, the new setting is not retained. When the "Privacy Options" are viewed again (either immediately, or after other site activity) the check-box is back to unchecked again.
  
  (Both issues are present in Mozilla Firefox 13.0.1; the images are just from Windows Internet Explorer)
