not ideal but from control panel you could change Number of Posts to Show Per Page to 50, then just use find from the browser
probably easier than using the search on here anyway!

install autopager firefox add-on

this loads up ALL the pages in a thread (all forum pages too as you scroll down them!).

then press CTRL and F to search the pages
