Not really that good an idea, in my opinion, as a lot of the deals, especially the really good ones, only last a very short time.

I am aware of that; however, sometimes there are just too many emails one gets per day. Having that as an option would be great.

Well I know what you mean... but it might be even more annoying to be receiving emails for offers which ended a couple of hours ago. The mis-prices and good deals go quick. Have you tried selecting less categories in order to cut down on receiving alers you don't need??

I've thought about this and then I thought...why not just visit the site once a day? I guess I think of the Deal Alerts as "alerts" so that you don't miss any short term offers.

Or put a shortcut on your desktop to: http://www.hotukdeals.com/backend and check there now and then. Probably faster than searching through e-mails...

Hmm...are all deals posted on the forum as well? In that case, I could subscribe to have new posts sent to me daily - but I can not seem to find that option. I have that set-up on the MoneySaver website for freebies and deals and it works great!

Posts on the front page all get posted in the Hot Deals forum, and it shows as being posted by Admin, but it's actually automatic. The post just says "Details of this deal were posted on the front page: This article" with a link to the actual thing.

:D

Cool - is there an option to subscribe to certain forum threads and get daily updates on new posts?
Thanks!

At the top or bottom of each thread, to the right is a toolbar.

The clock when clicked on should send you email updates on what's posted.

Hi there,

The toolbar is only present is sub-forums, but not in main forums, for example, there is no toolbar in

"Forum Index » Deals Freebies Buy and Sell » Hot Deals"

but if you go further down, there's a toolbar there:

"Forum Index » Deals Freebies Buy and Sell » Hot Deals » 20 Off a Spend of £250 at Dixons.Co.UK"

Hmm...
