sounds like a good idea:thumbsup:

its a really bad idea imho

most people never expire deals as it is even when they come across deals they discover no longer exist, so making it even harder to expire will just make things worse. If you expire a deal by mistake, just contact a mod to unexpire. Works fine as it is.

I see what your saying but I have had a few deals expired for no reason when they are still in stock, maybe it might deter the expire things for fun brigade lol:thumbsup:

I like your pic by the way, used to have a story tape of captain pugwash I listened to as a kid going to bed, brought back some good memories!

In the last two days I have had three deals expired then restarted.

One has since been market as spam so has disappeared - so my fourth message has been sent to a mod to restart it. - Something needs to be done.

What is the point in posting deals if someone who is against the content decides to keep removing it?

Good idea........especially having a pop up as i've accidently hit the wrong button when browsing on my iPhone before and it's a pain.

I think it would be a good idea if a deal is expired if its not something thats entirely obvious - such as a link that no longer exists or a price increase - then there should be a pop up appears to ask why, which could be added as the last post

How would the pop up know when to "Pop up"?

If you read what I quoted, that does not fit.

I've had some deals expired when there was still plenty of stock available.

People who expire or vote cold should have to give a reason why they are doing so and not remain annonymous imho.
