I really do not want this thread to escalate into an argument, I am just looking for people to express their views.
A thread of mine was pulled the other day as a member deemed it appropriate to report me for profiteering. I bought 4 DSi consoles on Friday. Two were purchased using the idea from a thread on here...trade in 12 games at Game for £150. This DSi was for a family member.
I paid full price for my DSi and I was not impressed with it so I listed it on here for sale at £135. Bearing in mind these retail at £149. I cannot take it back to the shop as I am on leave for the next 2 weeks and they will not take it back just because I simply do not like it.
Anyway, what my point here is...why do we have to prove how we acquired an item?! If someone gives me a £10 gift card...and I pay £10 towards it for an item...can I only list it on here for £10 even though it is £10 below RRP?! It just doesnt seem fair and I personally believe that an error was made the other night.
