There are some updates coming soon. I think this is version 4 or is it 5, I'm not sure.

I know web 2.0 is meant to be the biggie and everything but I wouldnt jump on the bandwagon as yet. User interface design is very important to a site like this which does not have a specific target market and seems to be "for all" and web 2.0 kinda makes a mockery of good user design principles.

I like the simplicity of the site as it is. Dont underestimate user friendliness.

Yeah, the site's OK as it is, I'm sure a few tweaks will come along in the near future.

Anyway, all Web 2.0 is really about is user-generated content, and we did that AGGGEEESSSS ago. All we're missing is a lime-green and blue logo!!

My interest is in making a usable site not in being trendy.

We are working on the next update which is fairly imminent but the point is to empower members, not to catch a wave...

absolutley agree, there is a lot more you could (and should perhaps) do with the information on this site that is very frequently updated - e.g. I am looking for a laptop deal (which this site has pleanty off daily) - but I am getting tired of pulling this information from the site daily - what I would like to do (and I would even pay a small price for this) is to get updates when "laptop" deals are added to the site - if done in smart way you could even split the % with the member who created the deal perhaps. This is just a 30,000ft thought but I hope you see where I am getting at...
