  Here is what the "NEW" and "DISCUSSED" tabs look like on the deals thread

  Even not on hackukdeals, it looks the same,
  
  I want both to look like the one from new or discussed.

  If you click "Show tools" And select "Text Only", it will change the listings format to be as it is in the second screen shot.

  Correct. Just untick the "Text Only" box on the hot tab.
