How to close HUKD account?

  Hi,
  
  We don't hold, keep or control any personal data about you. You manage every aspect of your account with Hotukdeals.
  
  Delete your own posts by clicking the link within each comment (hover in post to view link)
  
  Change your own email address to anything you like in your profile page.
  
  Once you've changed your email address, request a new password, this will delete your stored password.
  
  Once you've done this, let us know via the main 'contact' link and we will block your account, ensuring you cannot log in to Hotukdeals.com

  there is no way to delete your own posts if the thread has been locked.

  
  you have to report them to be unlocked, if mods wont unlock then the mods will need to delete them
  
  although if i recall last time the mods said they wouldn't do this as it leaves threads making no sense with posts deleted, although most in misc make no sense anyway

  The official line is typically, "Be more active & contribute to the site", although you will find past quotes from a member who is now in the "Mod team" stating the same as you did.

  Ah... so your comment ("Are you in the right thread??") & pointing to my comment meant you were replying to 31satara. Of course!
  
  31satara's had nothing to do with closing an account (unless one of the "Mod team" thinks that should not happen).
  
  The comments had to go in a thread. 31satara just picked this one.
  
  The fact that the comment threshold for enabling the "Private Messaging" facility is known is the real problem.

  I get it now.
  
  However, all I could see posted today were your two posts.
  One of which was quoting 31satara from God knows where.
