Threads created by any member in the "Ignore List" are still visible in the Forum summary view.
Previous discussions have occurred (across various threads) to raise the request to not see threads by any member in an "Ignore List", but this has previously not resulted in any change to the way in which the site functions.

It is relatively easy to implement in the Forum summary view but it would adversely affect the speed of delivery of rendered pages to the client web browser (on the member's local viewing device).
However, completely removing all mention of an "ignored" member's text in any thread is certainly not a trivial task to implement due to the possibilities of embedded (multiple levels of depth of) quoted comments.
?
:)
Yes... that is where the non-trivial design/implementation needs consideration.
Twelve downloads in total (six of which were present before your last comment, so that may mean just you & five others have downloaded the script twice) :)
Is it convenient to create a new script for each potential member in an "Ignore list" though, & does that mean you may have to create 572,780+ scripts? :)
Still, like you mentioned, it may be a way to determine which users are "Ignored" the most by viewing the individual downloads of each of the member-specific scripts. Not ideal for a site-wide implementation as you can appreciate, unless you have an automated script creation process when a new member joins the site.
Do you know how many have downloaded the core files needed for the bespoke version of the site? (Although I appreciate that could be a long way from the actual number that use it beyond their first download & subsequent trial).
Given that every time this is brought up it's either ignored or dismissed I wouldn't bother hurrying yourself..... we already know the outcome.
