Jump to unread Post a CommentLMAO! It is against the rules, yes. Just report the post.
I assume the OP has spotted a couple of cases where threads are selling items on behalf of someone else which isn't permitted?
i have, yet they have been told to post pics - lol
also the other day reported one, and the mod edited ther title, then reported it again twice as it is clear it does not belong to them, yet it is still there, maybe im back on ignore:w00t:

Well done Njay - makes much more sense now!
It matters because I had an item removed even though the rule did not exist.
So it seems strange that HUKD'ers are allowed to list items that do not belong to them with the full blessing of the moderators even though the rule has since been put in place.

it doesnt bother me in the slightest, what does bother me is if it is one rule for some and another for others

well if everyone didnt try to be a mod then maybe your one wouldnt have been deleted.
Only mods can remove threads from forums, it wasn't spammed. :)
sure, that's not what i meant though. I meant people reporting the thread.
in either case, i think your one was a one off. did you get a warning for it?

If you read the thread I gave a link to above, you will see that it was not a rule when my thread was pulled.
So no warning/infraction was given as the rule didn't exist. :)
I myself have reported the posts in question but admin and the mods seem to turn a blind eye and it was me that got told to leave it out and stop reporting posts as I had been "dealt with leaniently regarding my ban" for the dodgy duo sale.
Utterly shocked by the behaviour of the admin team in this case.
So basically because i had done wrong and it was of the opinion of some admin team members that my punishment may not have been as harsh as it should have been, others got away with clearly breaking / bending the rules because it was me that was reporting those instances!
Again, I wont name names of either the admin staff that dealt with it or the members that were clearly breaking the rules. Does make me wonder though if any of the admin staff are associated with forum members in any way (ie: friends, family etc) as these people continue to push the limits of the rules put in place and get away with it.
Just out of interest, does anyone know how someone becomes a moderator with moderator status? Have the mods ever met eachother? How would admin staff know if any of their mod team are associated with other members here?.. Stop, stop fingers, your gonna get me banned again.. stooooooooooooooooooooooop!
I guess, kinda like premiership referees.. Never know what the correct action to take is, or are either too blind to see problems or too gutless to blow that whistle!
Lol... would that make Sassie Arsene Wenger...??? Moaning about wrong decisions :P
lol, more like all of us being the managers or staff of premiership teams that have words to say about the decisions, the more repped members being the alan hansen and gary lineker on match of the day having a go.. hehe
