Not sure which site you are referring to but if it is HUKD can I just point out, as an example, the website address of this thread is https://www.hotukdeals.com/misc/light-security-warning-about-hukd-2718798

The site used http until recently, and now uses https.

You are mistaken.

Even when I prefix the URL with https it still reverts to the non-secure version.

You can switch to the new version of the site via THIS link. I don't like the new site, but it is secure.

Yes, and it's an eyesore. How do I revert to the old version on my mobile?

From the other thread:

" OK, before you go and have a mess around with the new stuff, please note that clicking the new url will take you directly to the new version of hotukdeals. You can switch back by clearing your cookies. Alternatively, check it out via Incognito or by using a separate browser
hotukdeals.com/gopep (http://www.hotukdeals.com/gopep) "

Once rolled out officially this will be the only version of HotUKDeals available so you might want to persevere. Any suggestions can go in the designated thread I linked above.
