Likes are going up and down everytime i refresh or go into profile

  Perhaps the issue with "Likes" applied on comments that have then been removed (moderated) has finally been resolved so they are no longer included in the total quantity shown in your Profile page(s).

  The notification issue is known. I did some hasty patches to it, that increased the likelihood of one appearing from 1/20 to 1/3, however that still isn't very good. It's something I'll be working on when I have a moment, for sure. Sorry for the inconvenience :(.
