My Local Deals tab

I have a tab that has appeared recently, a few weeks ago it read local, but now it reads 'Leeds'. I don't live near Leeds and wondered if this is a customisable setting but I can't find anything in my profile. My hometown in my profile is set to Wigan which is where I am.

Is there anything I can change so it does show local deals or is there another reason it is showing as Leeds?

Also, if you go on the leeds tab there is another tab with the same name. Click it and you can choose another location or region.
