You might have noticed that we're placing a reminder of the FS/FT rules in various threads across FS/FT and we're doing this on wanted threads with members requesting codes/vouchers (not limited to these) and also regardless of feedback (in case members with high feedback wonder why we've done it).

We just want to really drive it home that our rules need to be complied with and its for the benefit of us all.

if it's been seven months (didn't think it was actually that long), I think people have gotten the message by now.

thank you for not even having the common decency to give an actual response, instead of a copy & paste job.
it's no wonder the site's going downhill.

The link above was to provide you with the information as to why we're doing it.

Couple of other points to note...

It isn't on every wanted thread in the FS/FT section but it is on a number of threads where we've seen instances of our rules not being followed for that type of sale/item so its just our way of reminding members about the rules. So there is no sneaking under the radar (as you put it above).

I've checked and we've not had a single report of anyone asking us why a thread is locked as they've got an item so sell. I think members can tell the difference between a thread which is locked and one which is active.

We'll be continuing our approach with these messages. In the few months we've been doing it we've definitely seen a reduction in reported scams due to members not following our FS/FT rules.
