Your e-mail host was having some problems, potentially is still having some problems. We get back "E-mail Doesn't Exist" and "Bad Connection" errors occasionally when we try and send you e-mail at that address. To reduce the appearance of "Spam" like behaviour, we automatically unsubscribe users whose e-mails bounce too often. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Virgin switched the way they were handling Spam, and the e-mails are getting blocked by your service provider, as has been discussed in this thread. We're working on a way to get them unspammed, but it is likely because you have not elected to receive the "Digest alerts".
I would suggest talking to your service provider in the meantime to see if you can elect to receive e-mails from no-reply@hotukdeals.com, or add that address to a "Safe list" of some sort, or elect to receive the "digest" e-mail alerts instead. Or subscribe to your custom rss feed, to which a link is located on the custom settings page.
