I see where you are coming from with the new logos for each thread which say if a thread is a deal, vouchers, feedback etc.
However, things are just being made complicated for no reason. Its obvious you realise there are problems with the number of complaints, but trying to fit all the answers in now is too little to late and it will make the site even more complicated than it already is.
Why weren't these sorts of things thought about before you made the new site live? Why wasn't the site tested?
